Coach Coop has been an athlete since 5th grade. He has been competitive in golf, basketball, soccer, football and track and field. He has also been a recreational athlete in every other sport ranging from archery to rugby. After his Division 1 experience as a Decathlete he went on to become a Sports Performance Coach.
Coach Coop’s passion is in helping people achieve their goals. He prides himself on going the extra mile to make sure you have every opportunity to achieve your mission whether it’s weight loss or performance improvements. He is constantly looking into new areas of exercise to make sure he can prescribe the best course of action for you no matter what ability level or goal you currently maintain.
Coach Coop likes to get people as excited as himself about working out although some may say, that’s a little too excited!
