1b.) Weighted Pull ups

4 sets x 5 reps heaviest possible weight

Rest up to 1 minute

WOD:

AMRAP 8 minutes

6 KB Thrusters (24/16)- 2 KB’s at the same time, 1 per arm.

12 KB Swings (24/16)

20 Double Unders
